2. Brighten Fingernails

Stained and yellowed fingernails can ruin the look of your hands. One sure way to brighten those nails is by using whitening toothpaste to clean them. Simply apply a small amount to each nail and rub it. Let it sit for a few minutes and rinse off with water. This can also strengthen your nails and make them shine.

3. Clean Clothes Iron

It is so frustrating to iron a white shirt only to get it dirty with horrible black mark stains. So, the next time you iron your clothes, rub some white toothpaste on the bottom plates and wipe them off with a clean damp cloth. Non-gel toothpaste has mild abrasive components that can break down grime and dirt.

4. Remove Lipstick Stains

Lipstick stains can do more than just ruin your clothing. As they contain intense pigments, oil, wax, and moisturizing ingredients, they can be a difficult to deal with. Apply some non-gel toothpaste on the stain and rub the fabric together. Repeat the process several times until the stain is gone. This also works for ink.

5. Prevent Foggy Mirrors

A fogged-up bathroom mirror can be a major hassle, especially when you’re getting ready in the morning. Use a non-gel toothpaste to coat the mirror and wipe it off before you get in the shower. This will prevent the steam or the bathroom air from clinging onto it. Just choose a toothpaste that does not contain any abrasives to prevent scratches.
