It’s becoming increasingly important to practice mindfulness and responsibility while shopping for the items you need or want. The MUNI Market Day event, which was held on March 28, was a successful celebration of mindful living and a great way to find vendors who embody these values. More than 30 merchants lined the Capitol Commons Park, selling everything from organic, locally sourced food and beverages to eco-friendly fashion, home, and lifestyle products. In addition to that, informative talks and workshops and music performances by Pinoy acts drew people in and kept spirits high despite the heat of the summer sun.
